What are the names of some British comedy tv shows I can watch..
I live in MA with Basic cable, so I cant use satellite or anything.
Are there any British comedies on around here? and if you do know some, when are they on.

please dont suggest downloading any tv shows because I have dial up..and believe me, downloading stuff doesnt work on dial up.

Are You Being Served?, Keeping Up Appearances (my Fav),
Mr.Bean, As Time Goes By, father Ted, The Black Adder and yes Minister. I like all these.

The best British comedy of all time is The Office with Ricky Gervais. The American version of The Office is based on this show, and it is also quite good.
If you enjoy The Office, try watching Extras, which also stars Ricky Gervais.
If you have basic cable, try downloading the shows on a site such as Torrentspy.com

Absolutely Fabulous is the best, it's about a Single Mother, her Best friend (who's always stoned) and her daughter. The daughter is the only reasonable adult. It's quite a funny show. Also, the British Version of "The Office" and the show "Keeping Up Appearances"

Go on bearshare or limewire and download 'Monty Pythons Flying Circus' or 'The Young Ones' surreal British humour at it's best. I notice that most of the shows available have been copied from BBC America!

There used to be one on that I thought was extremely funny. Then they took it off for some reason. It was called "Coupling".
