anyone know where I can do that at.

Start off totaly new.
With nothing on it.

I have windows Xp to reinstall everything.

And I dont mean, windows restore, because it still shows theres stuff on here.

I have two operating systems since I reinstalled windows XP again, and that will still show up if I just do the windows restore.

I usually go to the hard drive manufactures website and download the latest utility for my drive make and model.

Put the CD in the optical drive. When the Windows installation screen comes up, keep doing an install. When you get to the Partition options, DROP the Primary partition. Then, CREATE a NEW Primary Partition of whatever size you want. Then, FORMAT the partition using whatever File System you want (ie. FAT32, NTFS. Finish installing Windows.

I believe if you go into bios and change to boot from the CD player, stick WinXP disk in, start it up, you are offered a format utility. That is what you want to do, reformat the drive. When done, restart and load Win XP. One more restart to go to bios and change back to boot from harddrive. Good luck.

put in the xp cd and while ur computer is booting up press f8 and format the drive then just install windows.

Search google page for windows washer and download it,in that webroot software can be used create a boot floppy or boot cd through it and erase u r sytem entirely

To totally delete everything, run KILLDISK from killdisk.com
free gear.
Then boot from the CD ( F12 option) and that will do a total clean install.

to delete a hard drive completley - chuck it out of the bedroom window - and buy another
