Gee wiz, go get your tax book, you can probably use the 1040 ez form, or the basic 1040. If you don't have a bunch of deductions, you can do it yourself. Tax prep places like that are a rip off. They charge you to do a simple form, then if you want your money fast, they loan you the money and charge you a butt load of interest.
Or, for fifteen buck or so, you can go online to TaxAct and download their program. Its very easy, it asks you questions and you answer them. Just like H&R would do. You file electronically and get your refund in about three weeks or so. Save yourself some money. Do it yourself, any money you save would be greatly appreciated by your baby.
Good Luck

Louisianna doesn't have a city income tax. There for you can get a computer program and do them at home yourself. It will save you a bit of money. Those programs are great. I live in one of the five states that has a city income tax so I need to take mine to be done.
By the way make sure you have the babies social security number.

There are plenty of online tax programs that will do your taxes cheaper than H&R block. Try www.TaxAct.com depending on your income you should be eligible for child tax credit, and earned income credit. If your husband is military you can go on base and see a VITA rep and get your taxes filed for free.

TIP: Never go to H & R they are a major rip off and barely know what they are doing. You're better off going somewhere else.
