No Hispanics that can name streets Like "Calle Sierra Vista" or just lack of creativity. (Kidding)
Actually it looks they are using an Excell Spreadsheet to name the specific street blocks. For Example - in stead of the 1000 block of Main and Highland (an absolute central location) it is labled into AA at the beginning point and as you move North/South the first letter changes. If you move East/West the second letter changes.

because they cant read numbers their inbreed and most didnt graduate past the 3rd grade
and when you have no teeth speakin certain numbers causes a lisp makin it hard to understand
