haha. My dad once was waiting for his food at some chinese place in Michigan. They fired up the grill in the back for him, and he heard somebody hauck a loogie and spit it on the grill to test it. And of coarse, he left right away. In that case he didn't need to see what was going on in the kitchen.

Too many times--that is the main reason I asked to be seated as far from the kitchen as possible.

not while I'm there. But I watched the movie "waiting" and it was pretty gross. And I've worked in restaurants. It's never been that bad.

how many times have i thought that after working at a pancake parlour.......... it looks nice when you recieve it but the way some things are made.........aaagghhh. preprepared in bags and processed meat. oooooh

yeah.. thats why I dont think of that.. after I saw that movie waiting I couldnt help but laugh when i went to bennigans... Thank goodness the food was really good...
