I am suppose to be dieting and I just had 4 oreos and a glass of milk :)

No that is not a bad thing. One thing that I have learned by dieting is that you deprive yourself of something you really want. I did the same thing yesterday but then I cleaned for 4 hours. You can have your Oreo and eat it too, just do a few extra sit ups!

Well, now...being bad has nothing at all, to do with having cookies and milk...lol. But, if that made you feel the kind of bad that's not good, just have a Grilled Chicken Spinach salad for supper, and stop worrying
so much. (Have you tried the Chocolate Oreos yet?) ;)

Bah dieting is retarded it never works. If you eat right its all good eh you can have a few not so good things like 4 oreos... cause you did havea glass of milk so your not bad... hehehe maybe naughty lol.

Please don't punish yourself for eating the oreos....yes they are good...just go back to your regular eating plan...that is the downfall of most diet plans...one goes off of it and we kick the heck out of ourselves for it and blame ourselves for failing...you haven't failed you just hit a speedbump...so to speak...Don't be too hard on yourself...get back to your eating plan tommorrow and you will be fine....Don't beat yourself up over it!!!....Good Luck also :-)
