it honestly depends on the person. I have a ferret and therefore am slightly biased.

Things to consider when getting any sort of pet:
1) Money. Some pets require more veterinary care than others. The sort of pets you mention are all considered "exotic", and therefore you may have a harder time finding a vet you can easily afford.

2) Maintenance. Some pets are more high-maintenance than others. Ferrets require home preparation similar to baby-proofing your home. They are very social, very active, and very high-maintenance. Cats are relatively low-maintenance by comparison.

3) Time. Some pets need more social time than others. Ferrets are highly social and therefore will require more interaction and training. If you want a pet that stays in a cage most of the time, a ferret is not for you.

4) Patience. If you are easily flustered and do not have the patience with an animal that will get into EVERYTHING, don't get a ferret.

I can't say much about rabbits or sugar-gliders, as i have little to no experience with them as pets.

Stick with the rabbit or ferret...a sugar glider is an exotic animal and should not be kept as a pet. It's not a matter of whether or not you can care for this animal...it's what's best for the animal.

Depends on the workload you want to take on. I've never had as great of a pet as a ferret, but they are prone to cancers (which is how I lost mine) and are alot of work and are quite mischievious. A rabbit would be easiest, but not as exciting and sugar gliders fall in between.

ok rabbits are ok but require lots of bonding
sugar gliders are ok but dont really like bonding in the day time and are crazy at night trust me i know
but ferrets are adorable except the smell they bond fast and are easy to get attached to i would go with a ferret♥

Personally, I would love to have a ferret, but you have to decide for yourself. Go to shelters a/o pet stores, spend time with some of these animals, and make a decision.

A cat or a dog are best. A snake can be cool to look at, but you just wouldn't get the same bond as you would with a cat or a dog.
