how do you do tatting? It's making lace?

I'm going to have to agree with the last person's response. Just couldn't get the hang of it either. If you want to make lace, try crocheting with bedspread cotton or knitting with a size 1 or 0 needle. I even took a bobbin lace class that was less frustrating than trying to tat.
