What is the best way to "level" out the passenger side wiper. It's definitely in the passenger's line of sight.

close answers but on your truck there will be a plastic cap on the bottom of the arm closest to the window. Pop that cap off and there will be a 13 mm nut. Loosen the nut until you can move the arm to the correct position and then tighten the nut back down. Only tools needed would be a smal flathead to pop the cover off and a ratchet with a 13mm socket or a 13 mm wrench.

the wiper arm actually attches to a splined driver back down by the end closest to the car down by the vent pull up on bottom part of arm with screwdriver until arm separates from splined shaft set wiper at its lowest point then put arm back on shaft and push it back on

The wiper arm should be mounted on a (splined) shaft and can be removed to adjust it to the right position.

take the wiper arm off and then put it back on in the right position.
