I am not a biologist. But suppose a twin embryo was conceived but did not develop, nor split off. Is it possible that there would be a residual of this twin in the form of a second belly button?

no.....it is biologically impossible since the umbelical cordon is the nexus between the baby and the mother only for feeding.
the belly button is only the cicatrix after the cordon is cut.. So.one cant have 2 belly buttons, bcoz we were not connected to 2 placents.

I think born again Christians have 2 belly buttons. Other than that, I don't think it's possible.

i wouldnt think so...since the unbelical cord is what is hooked to the belly button, but it doesnt mean that a 2nd once couldnt have tried to form...but didnt.
