Yes, for so long I just pretended to be who I wasn't. I put up with stuff I didn't like, pretended to accept things as they were. Now I'm a volcano erupting with all the RAGE I kept inside for all that time...

No I'm not. I take out my frustrations at every opportunity. Yell at that guard, cuss out an incompetent waitress, tell all ( sorry I'm about to not be politically correct) them worthless damn wet backs to go the hell home. Point is a little stress relief all through the day will keep the temper problem at bay.
