I cant find the code to install the sims 2 pets? Someone told me i need to get in touch with EA? How can i?

On my copy, the code is on the very back of the book, on the top! If it's not there, try http://www.ea.com and look in the "support" or "contact us" page.

ok first have you looked all the way through the book to find the code? it should be on the back anf you can probably contact them by going to www.thesims2.com
if that doesnt work
look at the installing the game page in the book thay the game came with

or you could go to www.eagamereg.com
that should work
