I think the real question is why are you feeling blue. My outlook on life and all of the crap that comes along with it is live up the great moments so that no matter what you own that piece of happiness and once you take ownership of something nothing or no one can take that away unless you allow it. Life is short but it can also be as simple or hard as you want it to be. Just remember you and only you are in control of your actions witch in turn reflects your feelings. It all begins with you if you know you are the greatest person on earth nothing can truly get you down. Tomorrow is always another day there is nothing wrong with looking forward knowing it will be better than today.

When I am feeling "depressed", I try to do something for someone else. Maybe give someone a call just to see how they are doing, force yourself to exercise, invite someone over, find a friend to have dinner with, or just get out of the house for a while.
Good luck- this is the worst time of the year for me to feel blue.
I am looking forward to warmer weather and some sunshine.

If you hate life that much, that your willing to risk something you only get once. Never to become again.Well, thats nonsense, you should live life will its still in the grasp of your hands. Im gonna try and go crazy with my life. Though without the temtations of drugs and alchohal. They are two of the many ways to take your life. You can still have fun without these, they dont make the world funner as people say. They just shorten your life an essence more. All i need in life for fun, hope, or anything else are my freinds, family, and anyone whose there for me when i need them.
So if your ever getting that life isnt enough for you and that your wishing for death. I want you to then pick up a phone call someone and just talk about how precious life is. You dont have to die to be someone. You just have to have a meaning in life, even if its a stupid reason like selling hotdogs. It doesnt matter. Just live life while you have it, and for all my freinds out there, always know that whenever you need it, I'll be there for you, and hopefully you'll be there for me.
And just remember this
"Nobody gets to live life backward. Look ahead, that is where your future lies."

Music helps me too. I find it best to avoid any negative people. There are some friends that I can call up and make me feel better just from have a conversation about nonsense. Sometimes I type how I'm feeling and that makes me feel better when I'm finished. Cry if you have to. It'll be better very soon!

I watch a good comedy and get my mind off things for awhile. And if I need to regroup I drive or sleep. The saying "Tomorrow HAS TO BE better than today", helps me. If I feel badly today....tomorrow I may not feel so bad!! So let's get to tomorrow!!
Minute by Minute do things that make you feel good.
You are the only one in charge of YOUR OWN happiness!
You are the only one who can truly spoil YOU!
Be Happy you only have TODAY!
Stop worrying about things you cannot change and focus on your own life. Even if it's just going to get ice cream, do something to make yourself smile!
It's a gift to yourself!

Possum Pie (really) is a wonderful pick me up. Another thing about the music; is it possible for you to unplug the ear phones and just let it flow thru your area? Playing an instrument is good therapy too.
Something I like to do is count blessings. One good thing can lead to another. It makes the darkness shift....
Good Luck and Blessings

I punish everyone around me and then recluse to a private space and listen to music, decided life is a gift, make a elaborate plan for world domination and then execute it to the best of my ability.
