A society and government run on the principle that everything must be for or towards certain end results? As for example, ancient Egypt which devoted enormous resources and manpower for the construction of pyramids by means which deceased Pharaohs may achieve the proper afterlife?

Buggered if I know. Are you SURE you mean Teleocracy? Would you have a Cause-ocracy? Teleological explanations are ecplanations of events by means of their aims:
Question: Why did you go to the shops?
Explanation: I wanted to buy milk
As opposed to a causal explanation:
Question: Why had you no milk?
Explanation: I'd drunk it all.
How would you inculcate an aim into a constitution in order to render the resulting state Teleocratic?

teleocracy=governed from far away.
i am currently emperor of several asteroids. i never go there, so it is a teleocracy.
