who the heck is Drew Steely? why did he preform at the concert? does zac efron lip sing?

Drew Seely auditioned for the role of Troy but Zac got it. Zacs voice was too low and didnt go with Vanessa's very well so during some parts of songs they blended in Drews voice with Zacs.
He preformed in concert because Zac was filming Hairspray and couldnt make it.
So yea he kind of lip sung in the movie but he did sing on the balcony all by himself and he will be doing all of his singing in Hairspray.

Drew Seeley provided backup vocals for Zac Efron. Basically whatever Zac couldn't sing, Drew sang. And Vanessa Hugdens does not lip sync.

Drew Seely is a singer. He filled in for Zac Efron at the HSM concert because Zac was filming the movie, "Hairspray." And Zac lipsings in HSM, but it's to his own voice. So does everybody in that movie.

Drew Seeley actually made the kareoke for start of something new, and breaking free. He also wrote Getcha head in the game. Zac lipsins in some things. Drew Seeley is kinda cute!

oK FIRST OF ALL ZAC DOESNT LIP SING VANESSA DOES IT IS OBVIOUS IS THE SAME VOCALS AS HER SONGS SECOND OF ALL DREW SEALY IS FROM A VIDEO OF THE CHETTAH GIRL FEATURONG BELINDA AND I DONT KNOW HOW HE GET ENDED UP ON DISNEY CHANNEL AND 3RD OF ALL DREW SEALY IS IN HSM CONCERTS BECAUSE ZAC IS STILL FILMING HAIRSPRAY(THAT IS WHY HE TURNED HIS HAIR BLACK).
