Sometimes people feel down and don't know why. It is okay to feel like that once in awhile; and I am sure people would miss you. Family and friends and even people you don't know very well but would like to get to know you; would. If you are having these thoughts and feelings a lot though, you should talk to someone about them; like your doctor who can help put things in perspective for you and help you see your options in counseling. Depression can really hurt and you should see a doctor who can help you see that things need not be so bleak.

Try thinking of people you like and things you like to do; things that you like in nature (flowers, the beach, the mountains, etc.); there is a lot of beauty and goodness in the world to enjoy. I bet you can think of three things that help make you happy!

Good luck to you.

If you hate life that much, that your willing to risk something you only get once. Never to become again.Well, thats nonsense, you should live life will its still in the grasp of your hands. Im gonna try and go crazy with my life. Though without the temtations of drugs and alchohal. They are two of the many ways to take your life. You can still have fun without these, they dont make the world funner as people say. They just shorten your life an essence more. All i need in life for fun, hope, or anything else are my freinds, family, and anyone whose there for me when i need them.

So if your ever getting that life isnt enough for you and that your wishing for death. I want you to then pick up a phone call someone and just talk about how precious life is. You dont have to die to be someone. You just have to have a meaning in life, even if its a stupid reason like selling hotdogs. It doesnt matter. Just live life while you have it, and for all my freinds out there, always know that whenever you need it, I'll be there for you, and hopefully you'll be there for me.

And just remember this

"Nobody gets to live life backward. Look ahead, that is where your future lies."

Don't believe that because somewhere someone does care about you and your well-being, even if you don't know it or don't hear it often. I care for you and hope you feel better. Please don't commit sucide or harm yourself, because it is not the answer or situation, you are just going through a tough time right now and a pretty hard life, but someone always care and love you. Just remember to get up every time, fight like hell to overcome any obstacles and problems, and never give up or back down. Just have great friends and love ones in your corner, blast some music, and live, laugh, and love as much as you can during the tough times. Remember you are a survivor, good luck and hang in there.

I have had depression since a child and still have to take med.s for it. I never had anyone to talk to about it and didn't really get help until I had a break down. Please get help now it may only get worse and does effect your life. If it feels worse right now.....might because there is what is known as seasonal depression. It's winter now and more shut up in the house and the days are shorter. I don't know why but people just aren't friendly and close, I live in a large city most of my life where I didn't know but one of neighbor's. God helps me through my prayers to Him. I don't know if you believe in Him, but I know for me and many others He does answer prayers and loves you very much.

Your family would notice. They do care. Perhaps they're just busy? Try helping around the place more, and make yourself valuable to your co-workers or school mates. Do something nice for someone who can't pay you back. The feeling you get for something like that is a real upper!

Maybe you give people around you too much to care about. Try stepping out of yourself and do something or give attention to someone else's needs. Give that option a try for a week or two and see if you notice a change.

Because the world teaches everyone to be self centered. Most people are really selfish, and could careless about anyone. If you want people to care then start showing other people how much you care about them. You sew what you reap, is how it works for the most part.

sometime when we mad or feel blue, we easily move by negative treat and abandon any positive treat, try to throw negative aura away and set a goal, find person in the same road and focus, usually we feel lonely and nobody care because we bored and don't have things to do

i care about you enough to try and help. i think others do too. people live their lives way too fast to stop and realize how much things mean to them. and then once they are gone they suddenly find the love they never could find time for before. if you died im sure people would soon realize what they took for granted. try to find a true friend(s) who dont live as fast, try talking about deeper things than who won the last bball game. open up to people and they'll open up back and eventually you'll care for eachother.
