To answer the question properly, in "Smallville", I agree...towards the end of the series.
In the "Lois & Clark" series, they wed in season 4, to coincide with their wedding in the DC Comics one-shot issue "Superman: The Wedding Album". In current DC Comics continuity, they are still married.
