I AM STRONGER. I WILL BEAT IT. I WILL NOT THINK ABOUT THAT KID LOCKED UP IN THE CLOSET THAT HASN'T EATEN FOR DAYS. I AM STRONGER THAN MY GUILTY CONSCIENCE.

If you have done wrong try to put it right or put it out of your mind.

You have to acknowledge your mistakes. But you have to move on. You can't change what you've done, but you can adapt and improve for the future. Guilt will cripple you if you dwell on it.
