the cheapest i've seen is $2.21. I live in Eastern Pennsylvania.

The reasaon it changes so drastically around the country is availability and general cost of living. I used to live in CA and it was much higher, but then again almost everything is more expensive in CA than in PA.

Also, if there are oil refineries around the area, it will be cheaper.

I saw some on the freeway today that was 208.9. I live in Arkansas. There is a web site that you can check for the cheapest gas in your area (USA) by putting your zip code in. It is: http://www.autos.msn.com/everyday/GasStations.aspx?zip=&src=Netx
