When the new stadium is open, you can be assured that they will hold the Super Bowl there.
Dallas is a warm weather site and the new stadium will have a retractable roof. Dallas has long been a great NFL city and you can bet that they would have never spent that kind of money on a stadium if they did not have some guarantees in hand from the NFL.
By the way, the stadium looks awesome.

As soon as the new stadium is complete, I am sure Dallas will get a Super Bowl within a couple of years. They will have a retractable-roof stadium, a good- weather city........why wouldn't they?

as soon as their new stadium is built, they will be included in the rotation of cities. you have to be an extreme southern city or have a dome or retractable-roof, which dallas will have. nfl wants good weather for their cash cow.

Sure.
As long as they meet the requirements set by NFL they'll get their turn too.
I wish these so and so's in NY would build a dome and stop BS-ing.
