ok, so he "hurt it" while in the ring..... ok did it occur that he might need some time off or might be having family issues? what are ur thoughts. personally it was all staged and fake!!!!!!

No it was real. If it was fake it would be called kayfabe. The MRI already gave him successful surgery but he'll be out action for 3-6 months. It was not staged. This is the second time he tore his quad.

Yes it's real it's the second time he's blown his quad during a match. You can't fake that kind of injury. Raw is pretty much built around him so why would he fake it. Go to WWE.com to see the surgery pics

Its real, he had this kind of injury a few years back. It wasn't staged and fake, the way his leg twisted after the spinebuster it had to be real, plus they have the surgery pics on wwe.com!

i'm going to provide you a reliable quad excercise. The leg extension, oftentimes its a gadget below which you place you foot, after which you rigidity your foot up until its completely prolonged. This works out your quadriceps.

it is real and it is so obvious it is real.If you have been watching the wwe for a long time you could tell whenever an injury is real or when it is just 'worked'.If you want ot see faked injuries check out mvp on smackdown.

its real think back about when the mussle tore from the bone on his leg after they glued it back the rest of the muscle is going right after it because he is favoring that leg and when he puts full presure on it all the orignal muscle is getting weager from all the stress put on it to releave pressure on the repaired part he will be done wrestling soon and his marrige will be over also then he will probally overdose and die
