last year one could find curling on just about every weekend, between, TSN, CBC, Sportsnet etc...
Does anyone know why I can't find any televised events?

I can't speak for why there is no curling events on tv right now. But in February and March you will be seeing the Scotties and the Brier on TSN and the championship probably on CBC. It's coming... just have to wait a month or so.

If you want an update on events and such I just some of the following websites.

http://www.tsn.ca/curling
www.curling.ca
www.curltv.com

TSN still covers different bowling shows. Wait until the Briar or Scott Tournament of Hearts comes on...(http://tsn.ca/curling/)

Here is CBC's upcoming schedule: http://www.cbc.ca/sports/curling/broadcast.html

Not sure why but here in the MidWest they really seem to like their football. I have not seen a televised curling match in a long long time.

Used to be great to watch while sipping on a Molson Golden and having some Poutine.

I noticed a lot less televised curling after the Steelers won the Superbowl. Not sure if one had to do with other or not.
