granite counter tops
high ceilings
stone/granite flooring
lots of huge pretty windows

Separate His And Hers master bathrooms.
His would have a large screen T.V.,
Reclining toilet,
Magazine rack,
and a disposal in the sink to avoid those funky hair clogs.
