Is this for an upcoming birth? Or a pet? If you need a girls name for a baby, I would first think of family names then names of girls you like. There are also tons of books out now to help you find the perfect one. Internet wise also, there are sites to help you. Not one person can give you the perfect name, only suggestions. Im partial to Oilvia, Cloe, Sophia, Hannah, Sarah, Elena, and Kylie. Hope you do find that perfect name. Good luck

If you are asking this question, it is obvious that you are not going to name the girl after a family member. There are two ways I can think of that will give you the most satisfaction.
Name the girl after someone you admire...or...
Apply a first name, or first and middle names, that will sound most pleasing with her last (family) name. Say it a few times to hear how it sounds.
Congratulations!

Think about what types of names you like first (popular, unique, traditional?) and then either look in one of those baby name books, or use google.
You can look at the Social Security website where they tell you the rankings of names from the past 100 years or so.

it depends on what kind of name ur going for if you want a old fashion name i think Lillian Elizabeth is a very pretty name if ur going for something more common i would say go with Madison, Courtney, of even Brittney they are common but not so much that everyone has them and if ur going for very uncommon i think Ozzianna ( pronounced ozzy-onn-a )and LaLecia (pronounced lay-lesh-a) are good names they both go with almost any middle name. my first daughter is Lalecia and her middle name was going to be Layne but we went with Marie instead
