Unfortunately, I think we all do initally. I know I'm guilty. But after getting to know someone, looks don't really matter all that much.

Well, it is an imperfect world and therefore people judge people on their outward appearance rather than their insides.
Not so much on someone's attractiveness, but rather their appearance of how they are put together. If their hair is all scraggly, they have dirty fingernails, dirty clothes, smelly, etc. I will think that they probably are unkept and unclean. If someone is wearing clean clothes, looks clean and has clean brushed hair, smells nice etc I am going to think they care about personal hygeine etc.
Now judging someone soley based on their physical attractiveness is just plain silly. Looks are only skin deep and fade, the personality lasts forever.

I judge guys by their personality or however you spell it!lol I judge them by their personality b/c looks fade away and your personality will always be there but looks matter to cause you dont want some nerdy guy not tryin to be mean or anything personality matters more to me but you have to be at least a 7 on my scale!

I think we all do, at some point.
It's like we wouldn't go out with someone who looks as if he/she dosen't take care of themselves, aren't clean, don't feed themselves well. At least I wouldn't. Because that very likely means that if the person looks filthy, he/she is irresponsible and that's the way he/she is also inside. But if you see someone clean and well taken care of, that gives you a thumbs up sign. It's not about if they're handsome or not, it's bout how they take care of themselves that's most attractive.
You are how you carry yourself. Because it gives people an impression of your life and personality.

In a way yes. Becuase i look at a person and by their looks i think about what kind of person they would be. Its hard not to...But i would love someone i knew just as much if they didnt look "perfect"

Matt, I think most of us do, even most of the ones who say they don't. You see, a person looks tell a great deal about the people we encounter. We use it to identify our boundaries

yes i do, and i feel awful about it sometimes! but i really shouldnt, i know a bunch of people who you would think omgsh what the heck?! but who are actually really sweet people. its too bad a lot of people do it and i should probably try and break the habit!
