I'm just wanting to know about this. I heard from someone that here in Texas they are starting out at 120k with a 20k sign on bonus. Would any of you happen to know the REAL answer to this question.

Yes I was talking about a registered nurse anesthetist. I had looked at another site that tells how much but I was wanting to know if anyone with that job title could actually tell me the correct answer. I am having a debate with someone and that is my career path.

Salary.com reports that a registered nurse anesthetist in Austin, TX would make more than what you were quoted. 25th percentile earns $122K and 75th percentile gets $141K. The median salary is $132K, with bonus of $65.
