You will learn like I did, to SYNCH at least once a day. I presume that you can not synch with your phone. If you can not then there is no way you can get the info saved. When you send it away, all they do is swap it out and then the damaged phone would probably go to another department for disposal.

You did not mention which PDA cell phone you had. But the newer phones are just as cheap on Ebay unless you are a new customer or your contract has run out. Cuz if you are a new customer or your contract is up, it was cheaper for me to get my PPC thru Sprint, then thru Ebay. I ended up paying $200 after rebates. Sprint had an additional $100 rebate for anyone to buy the phone and the rest were instant rebates for customer loyalty and for signing a two year contract. In other words, I paid the same price as a new customer. But cheaper than anything on Ebay. But still check with them before you buy. Send off for your replacement phone. Remember you only get two free replacements per year. After that I think you have to get a new phone to get insurance again. If you get a new phone keep me in mind and before you get your new phone I got a good tip for you if you ever do.

go to the store and show a person who works there and ask them how to fix it.
