No you cannot.

It is exclusively owned by the NFL. Any rebroadcast or any other use of this telecast, without the express written consent of the NFL, is prohibited.

But I know a couple people who did and the NFL hasn't come pounding at the door yet.

technically, yes. but it is against NFL rules. nobody is going to come arrest you though
