Just be yourself and hang around him in a not obvious way however if you have to be someone ells to get him then don't do it since it will only hurt you

I'm not a guy but this might help. My boyfriend is 2 years older than me, I got his attention by flirting, smiling and getting to know him more. Plus little touch ups in my outfits for school.
