Maybe you need your head examined. Blacks make up the majority of inmates because many were raised in less than ideal conditions for optimal growth and progression out of the circle of violence.
If you look at the statistics, more blacks live in the congested inner city and are financially poorer than whites. Hence, more opportunity for crime and as this country is still in the old ages as far as stereotyping... blacks are found guilty more often and arrested more often than whites.

No. They make up a majority of the prison population because they are economically deprived and have to settle for public defenders in Court who have no experience. Your question is ignorant and racist.

no... but black dont have as many opportunitys as whites... or they dont have it as good as some white people...so instead of bettering their selves they resort to other activites .... most white people have things handed to them ... where black have to work harder..and some just dont want to .. who knows..who cares....
