Basing from your achievements right now, 13 answers and 1 best answer, that would be a total of 36 points plus your points when you registered equalling to 132 points in all. Assuming you keep this rate as your standard we can calculate how long you'll earn your 1 million points. Also you started last Dec. 22, 2006 up to today you have been 25 days answering questions.
So by ratio and proportion, let's denote "J" is the length of time you spent to get your 1 M.
Thus; 25/132 = J/1 M
Therefore; J (as in jettro) = {(25 M)/132} (1 yr/365days)
J = 518.887 years or say 519 years
Conclusion; At your current rate there's no way you can achieve your goal. You'd be long gone by then. Also this calculation tells you that you have to do better than your current status. Good luck "J".

Well the person above made some good points. Assuming you continue at the same average rate as you did since you joined, you ask the same number of questions (decreasing your points), etc you will take 519 years to get 1 million points. I would suggest you speed up a bit.
I would take 75 years, going at my average rate.

specific. that's referred to as Divine Laziness, and Ignorant layout. Ignorant layout comes into it while human beings answer a thoroughly different question to what replace into asked, or elect to rant somewhat of answering. a stunning occasion I as quickly as had replace right into a decrease'n'paste that filled the web site, yet did not answer the question in any respect. i've got additionally had some people who thoroughly ignore with regards to the question itself, and purely say stuff like 'I agree'. ok, you settle. common sufficient, now might you elect to tell me your answer at any time? Divine Laziness is the different great non secular reason for not interpreting. It takes the variety of a question format (i will scouse borrow your occasion): Q: Why do not Xs ever look to tolerate Ys? QD: i don't in my view think of there is many Xs who dislike Ys, that's purely a small minority who've a tendency to be particularly rude and disgusting of their attitudes. A case of the noisiest few, in an attempt to communicate. what's your opinion in this? A: we are actually not ALL like that!!! end being so judgemental!! ummmm.....examine IT subsequent TIME!!!! lol. it depends a lot on whether you ask any questions (5 point deduction), whether you show up every day (+1 point a day), if you get thumbs-up-ed (an unlimited amount of points) for an answer, etc. also voting on a question gets you a point. so there's no mathematical way to figure it out unless you tell us your tendencies to a) show up, b) give the best answers, c) vote, d) give thumb-up-able answers, and e) actually give answers per day. many variables, and most of them aren't constant or controllable by you

your current rate is 20 points per week
at present you already have 132 ponts
your target is 1,000,000 points
at this 20 per week rate, - you need 50,000 weeks or almost 100 years
Currently you have 132 points already - so in approx 99 years you will get that 1,000,000 points
what are you going to do with that 1,000,000 points?
