I would find something that would remind them of their "courting" days. Something that was meaningful and shows that you cared enough to make it personal. If money is a concern then get creative. Make a mix disc of their favorite love songs, cook them a nice meal, or try to recreate someplace special from their honeymoon. Just put some thought into it and they will be touched that you love and respect what they have accomplished together.
