The radical Islamists could care less about the ACLU, or anything else American. Their only concern is the destruction of America. As far as being cheated out of a virgin, it's still a pretty good deal. I wouldn't waste all that time and money on legal defense if I could have 71 virgins.

This is not a constitutional issue, so the ACLU would not be involved.
If, on the other hand, George Bush ordered you to screw 71 Islamic virgins, the ACLU would take the case.
Unless, of course, you wanted to.

Radical Islamists live outside of the U.S., in the Middle East. The American Civil Liberties Union exists inside the U.S. There's a little something called: Juristiction.
