I know this is a pretty weird question but I had a dream that I had an older sister and when I woke up I really thought it was true. Now its been about 2 weeks and I still think that I have a sister. In the dream i was talking to my sister about where she's been, why haven't I seen her till now and stuff like that.

Probably not. (Maybe one day you'll have a better relationship with your parents and you can ask each of your parents the question in private. If she does/did exist and they think you're mature enough, they may have something surprising to reveal.)
I read in a Discover magazine that on rare occasions, two heartbeats are detected in a womb for a short time, then later there's only one. There is no evidence of a 2nd baby during labour and doctor's speculate that the 2nd baby is reabsorbed by the mother's body. Many of us could have been twins and not even know it. Bizzarro or what!!

Ask your parents. If that isn't possible, try to get a copy of the admissions paperwork from the hospital you were born. It will tell how many children your mother had before you. (As long as she was honest)

since it was a dream i think it was possible because dreams are mostly true. ask your parents if they had relations before you were born and had a female child.
