Yes! It's actually spelled Uzbekistan. Some familiar countries to use as landmarks in finding Uzbekistan include Iraq and Afghanistan. It's NE of Iraq and NW of Afghanistan. Click the link below for a good map!

Uzbekistan is located in Asia north of Iran. it is bordered by Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The suffix "stan" means homeland or country, therefore Uzbekistan means homeland of the Uzbekis.

Uzbekistan is by Afghanistan and Kazakistan, I got a map for you, it's in the middle East. There are quite a few countries with stan on the end of it in that area.

Kazakhstan is next to Uzbekistan , mainly Muslim with orthodox as well .
Russian special forces used Uzbekistan for specialist training living in the wild etc .
i think though it might be safer to visit Blackpool , although i cant be sure .
