I'd say it depends on what your wearing... but if i had blond hair with blue eyes and medium colored skin I'd try parsley light colored eye shadow, maybe like a light green or pink. =D

Blue, Light shade of pink, Light-Medium Purple, And if you really want to show off your blue eyes, (make them pop) use light-medium browns.

OMG! I have blond hair with blue eyes and medium-light skin tone! But back to your question...My makeup artist uses natural colors on me...a medium beige color that is similar to you skin tone on your lid(all over your lid) a dark brown spread evenly on your crease as well as above your crease (not too high), a light color, similar to a cream spread evenly just under your eyebrow. This gives your eyes definition while looking natural and a hint of shine just under your eyebrows....it look s amazing... I get all of my makeup from Mac...
hope that i helped...
P.S. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT use Blue eyeshadow!!!! and also NEVR match your makeup with your clothes!!!

i have the same color skin and hair. it depends on what i am wearing. blue works well because of blue eyes, and goes good with blonde hair. if you are looking for not so bright and extravagent, gold is a really good option. i use gold a lot because it matches almost everything and looks really good.

Try a neutral like brown, black or gray(depending on your style). That way, focus isn't drawn away from your blue eyes, it accentuates them. DO NOT wear blue eyeshadow. It washes your eyes out. Match your clothes to your eyes, not your makeup.

I was going to suggest a light sienna brown combined with pink, but I think I was well outdone. The MaryKay makeover site that another poster listed is really cool!!!!
