Going to a party in NYC. They SAY the dress is casual/sexy. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN (for a woman mid 30's please)?

Casual generally means anything goes, although the addition of "sexy" makes me thing they're really talking about "dressy casual" - basically no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, etc. And of course, not too conservative. Show a little skin, emphasize curves or legs, but be comfortable.
