By how bad you feel about not doing something.

The end result is the same whether you don't want to do something or whether you are just being lazy. Whatever still needs to be done. By whom?

Well I'm the type of person who makes a snap decision as to whether or not I do not like that paticular situation. If that's the case then I won't do it. If I tell myself I will do it later then I'm being lazy and don't want to do right at that particular moment!!
