Well, in the very technical sense of the word, which I am sure has been skewed by Hollywood and feel-good academics, a vendetta is a feud, particularly a blood feud.
So it would be impossible for someone to have a vendetta against you (or anyone else). Properly phrased your question should be is anyone in a vendetta with me? However, if in fact they were, you would already be aware of it and the question would be unnecessary.
Maybe go for a simpler question: Have you ever reported me? If so, why? Which is actually two questions, but may help you secure the answer you seek.
