I had sex about a month ago on December 10th. My period was due that thursday (14th). It did not come. On that friday(15th) i had nausea and sore breasts. The nausea lasted 2 days and the sore breasts for 5 days (they did grow and are still that size). I took a pregnancy test 2-3 days late and came up negative(17th). 9 days after intercourse i felt a pain in my lower left abdomen that lasted 6 or 7 hours and never felt again. After 5 days of having sore breasts and nausea, my symptoms went away completely and that next thursday (1 week late for my period/11 days after intercourse) i bled on the heavier side for 2 days and the period or implantation bleeding stopped after 5 maybe 6 days (after 3 it almost stopped completely but continued the next day). It has now been over 4 weeks... i have no pregnancy symptoms, i am not tired.. only when i work and the only thing i have are headaches which i have always had even before now and my legs and feet get sore after workin for 2-3 hours.

Sounds like you're NOT pregnant. That would have been a lot of blood for implantation bleeding. It is normally just spotting. Anyways, it's been long enough now. Just take a test, if it says "negative" then you're not pregnant.

If you had sex 4 days before you were supposed to have your period it is physiologically virtually impossible to be pregnant, if that is the only sex you had. Most women have a luteal phase of 10- 16 days, which is the time after you ovulate during which your body prepares for pregnancy by building up a lining in your uterus. An egg only lives for about 24 hours, even if you ovulate twice (rare) there are only a few days in which you could get pregnant. after the egg dies it is impossible to get pregnant, sperm only lives for about 5 days in ideal conditions, so sex before ovulation can be sketchy but sex four days before your period is probably safe.
Even if you ovulated late, unless your luteal phase is really short in which case pregnancy is difficult to acheive, the likelihood of pregnancy being possible in the situation you describe is very very low. The fact that you had a negative pregnancy test makes it even more likely that you aren't pregnant. If you are worried take another pregnancy test (but only one- don't ocd) you wouldn't get a false negative this far along.

You might have become pregnant but had an early miscarriage without realizing it. You should see your ob/gyn or GP as soon as possible to get assessed. Leftover tissue in the uterus from a miscarriage can cause some serious complications.

Yes, paranoia, I believe. Even the sore breasts can be indicative of a regular menstrual cycle.

You might have had a miscarriage. You shouldn't be worried or paranoid. But you should see you gyn to see if it came out "clean". If you get an infection from leftover tissue, you can become sterile. SEE DOCTOR!
