Good in the sense they get things done, bad in the sense that they'll step over anyone or anything to get it done. Externalities really suck.

Good. It's more structured and organized. As long as they don;t corrupt themselves. There are a lot of great corporations that have given the public beneficial products that you use everyday you know. ; )

Bad- Because There greeeeedyyyyy and greed is a sin. There lust for green take priority over worker needs.
