I am switching over to Metro PCs so I would like to cancel my contract with Cingular. What would happen if I were to that? I need details!!

If you have been with them for 30 days or less you can get out of the contract....if not you will have to pay a termination fee of $150

no you signed up for a 2 year contract and you cannot get out of it. you can still switch to Metro PCS but u will still pay ur cingular bills

Depending on when you started your contract with Cingular you will have to pay a penalty. To make it easier for you, you can sell the phone you got from Cingular, so you dont have to pay so much. A lot of people sell their phones on Craigslist.org.

You signed a contract with them and it probably has an early termination clause. You haven't described any legal reason to cancel he contract, so chances are they at you are stuck with the contract.

depending on how long you have left.. you would have to pay them a certain amount of money.
