Can you get the Motorola PEBL in any prepaid service?

The phone Motorola PEBL is only available on T-Mobile regular rate plans and is not available as a prepaid phone. However if you want to get the Motorola PEBL to use as a prepaid service then you have to pay the orginial price for the Motorola PEBL and then use that phone for prepaid. Otherwise T-Mobile does not sell that phone as a prepaid package.
