My friend told me that he is attracted to turtles like the animal. Im concerned that this is not normal and he may be taking it to far. He said that he would rather rape 10 separate turtles than rape one turtle ten times. It totally came out of nowhere I mean we were just sitting eating a subway sandwich and he tells me this. What do you think I should do? Are there authorities that you can report something like this to?

He wasnt on drugs or anything I mean we were having a few beers but I think he was pretty sober and serious. I dont know how to talk to him about getting hepl without offending him

He had to be just kidding!?! Unless he knows a lot of girls named Turtle? Or its, a nickname of some sort. Are you positive he said "turtles". what rhymes with turtle?? What a guy! Sounds like he a joke I mean even anatomically...well I'm not even go-in' there.
You need to ask him more about this, then dump him. Who wants to deal with that. Really!!
Tell him not to watch the Animal Channel, and seek help, if he was serious.

He needs professional help. I feel sorry for the poor turtles. Register a complaint with the SPCA or try to talk him into getting serious help.

Omg, that's GROSS...and so cruel. He's obviously disturbed and I'd stay away from the guy.
I don't know if there's anything preemptive you can do...but I'd call some animal protection agencies anyway and find out. Sadly, he'll probably get away with whatever he wants.
I hope he gets that disease they carry.
