I got this song after a recent trip to Peru, don't know the name of the author nor the song although "Under fire" seems logical. However there is no such title under every search I could think of, so does anyone know who sings this cool tune?

The song you are looking for is from the South African band CLOUT and is entitled "UNDER FIRE". It was released in October 1979 and reached #15 in the German Top 75 as well as #19 in South Africa. Also recorded by JACKIE in 1980 and a hit in Peru.

Oops dfirefox got there before me, I believe he's right but it does sound like something Madonna would do, but having every Madonna album on the planet, it doesn't ring any bells.

I've googled and can find nothing. Now it's bugging me. I will find it. After an extensive search including searching bajo fuego I found some songs titled fuego but none with your lyrics.
