Whatever you do... I would put as much distance between you and the family as you possibly can.
I know you may not want to leave your boyfriend right now but I will say with much confidence that the fact that your boyfriend's dad abuses him will cause A LOT of problems in your relationship. You will find his self-esteem will not be as high as it should be and more importantly he will take things more personally than he should.
BTW why is his bro cutting off the internet and phones? You need to give more info for us to properly diagnose your situation.

Ask your boyfriend to report the abuse. As for the phone and internet, it all depends on the reason it is cut off.
