Yes. Every day everybody gets up to vote for what will appear in that day's newspapers.
Of course not! How could it be? The idea is ludicrous!
Example - I don't know of anyone who has ever voted on any aspect of the media.

"The Media" is not a monolithic body. You can't paint it with a single political brush. Some media is owned by big business interests, others by political or religious idealogues, other media is truely independent, some isn't.

When you refer to "mainstream media", well generally speaking the big media portals are run by businesses that have financial stakes in what is reported, so it inevitably is biased in favor of pro-business interests.

Of course not - most of it is owned by rich people who have their own agendas. For example, the Express is owned by Richard Desmond, who made his money with soft porn, and most of the rest of the world's media is owned by Rupert Murdoch who tries to use his influence to change government policy even though he is not a british citizen.

lol there 's no such thing as liberal media, that just an excuse when the Republicans don't like negative feedback. Media giants are owned by rich and all mighty

more like a monoploy given that a handfull of companys own tv stations,papers, magazines
so they can control/dictate what they do and what they dont report
