I personally never have, but one time my mom got VERY bad food poisoning from oysters, and a few days later she stood up to walk and then she like started shaking and stuttering and limping everywhere and then she passed out and fell on top of someone's car. It was very scary and the woman working at the tanning salon we were at had to call the paramedics.

Blood work. With all three of my pregnancies that I've had, they with draw ALOT of blood work in the very begining, and every time they did that to me, my body would go into shock,I would start sweating big time, and then my head would gradually rear back towards the wall ,and there I would be,...totally blacked out. Then the next thing I know,I'm wide awake..because the nurse would swish around the smelling sause...amonia! Whoo! That stuff is strong!
I don't know why I faint when I have blood drawn, but it feels so weird knowing a head of time that your head is going to slowly tilt back.

I have only fainted once in my life. After having to get up after having my daughter - I had a Cesarean... lost A LOT of blood and the next day had to go to the loo with the help of my husband and a nurse... I fainted when I had to get up again... apparently I started having a seizure and my eyes popped over.... giving birth was one of the worst experiences of my life... but having my daughter, I would do it all over again...

Yes, when i got out of bed and walked into the bathroom one morning. I got really dizzy and then my eyes went really watery, couldn't see and fell over and hit my head on the cabinets. I got back up shortly after. When you get the dizzy feeling, sit down or lean up against something or just stand still, walking makes everything so much worse and you faint.

I've almost fainted, when I've been really sick, but not exactly. I have been knocked out, though. I slipped on a wet tile floor, and fell so hard on my back and head I was knocked out. It was only for a few seconds, but afterwords I couldn't walk( from both pain AND shock!)

Heat exhaustion and I also stabbed myself in the palm while shucking oysters. When I get extreme pain it usually causes me to faint.

I have also almost-fainted in public places because the noise of too much chatter gets to me. So I avoid it now.

Yes, 2-3 times -- caused by extreme pain. Not pleasant.

Twice. Once from pain of a surgically broken leg, and the other from seeing my grandmother in pain after a really bad fall that landed her in the ER with a shattered wrist.

I guess broken bones is my ticket to passing out!!

Yes, I have low blood sugar. I don't have a fainting problem anymore, because I always have hard candies on me, in case my blood sugar drops.
