not really, if your squeamish with needles then it just hurts more to look at it being done....if not, its a quick minute of pain, when you get it done concentrate on the ceiling, light, or someone else and you should be fine. Some people feel the pain even after you get it done, I didnt though..Just if you get it done, make sure you trust the place or it can end in a messy job...ex: when i got mine done the first time they pierced too far in and it was infected within a month. the same happened to friends of mine who when to the same place...It doesnt hurt though, I find a needle in the arm to be more painfull :-)

it doesnt really hurt that bad it is just the piercing that takes the longest to heal of all the body peircings. Make sure to clean it three times a day and you will be fine just remember that once it is done that is just the begining of the 6 month healing process.

Mine hurt and when they say it takes a YEAR TO HEAL they mean it.
Mine hurt to lay on my stomack to sleep and bleed off and on for a year.
But I had it in for over ten years.... I resently removed it for a surgery and never put it back in.
Go to a good clean place and know they are punching through a lot of skin therefore YES it hurts.

nicely I were given mine pierced even as i grow to be 11 years old, i'm now 17. It did not damage in any respect, i grow to be 11 years old so when you consider that i grow to be youthful i grow to be a lot more suitable worried notwithstanding it did not damage all. the approach is likewise very quickly. no more suitable than 5 minutes.
