I've seen it plenty of times. Having a good buzz going is one thing, but being obnoxiously drunk is another. Those guys usually end up getting in fights or thrown out for being annoying.

Every time, mostly they have a good time, No that's how the club makes their money by selling drinks!

yes...mostly they were loud and obnoxious...spilling their drink on people and touching everybody...most people just tried to ignore him...
